PayNorthwest Appoints Melissa Silsbee As Client Account Analyst

Provider of cloud-based workforce management solutions expands Seattle client services team to prepare for next stage of business growth

Seattle, Wash., March 17, 2015 – PayNorthwest LLC, a provider of cloud-based workforce management solutions, announced today that it has expanded its client services team at its Seattle, Wash. headquarters with the appointment of Melissa Silsbee as client account analyst. The human capital management software and services firm helps businesses with up to 2,000 employees in a variety of industries as well as non-profits across the U.S. more effectively manage their workforce and streamline their human resources (HR) and payroll function. Since the first customer went live on PayNorthwest’s WorkLumina platform in 2011, the company has grown by an average of 45 percent annually. With Silsbee’s new appointment, the company is gearing up for the next stage of growth in 2015.

Silsbee comes to PayNorthwest after serving nearly 10 years at a large national payroll company as senior account executive and client trainer. Prior to that, she worked in various client services management position at Alaska Airlines and HorizonAir.
